KVR processes. This includes Submission of reports to the various bodies, aligned to the compliance requirements, quality assurance of

information and resources to ensure compliance, Application and activation of various funding projects, Documentation management to support the processes followed, SETA liaison, ad-hoc service delivery as required by the client
**Core qualifications ** **Minimum - Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.**
- Certificate in Skills Development Facilitation, Employment Equity
Consultation and Labour relations advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of the SETA and Department of
Labour regulations
**Years of experience ** *5 Years’ experience in a Human Resources administration
**required **position / Skills Development Facilitation position as well as working with SETA and Department of Labour related systems.*

**KPA TASKS/ OUTCOMES**
1. Skills Development Develop Workplace Skills Plan and Pivotal Plan*
Facilitation
- Submission of the Workplace Skills Plan and Pivotal Plan to the relevant Seta within the given timeframes
- Liaising with the relevant Seta to ensure that the client receives all disbursements available (Mandatory and Discretionary)
- Establishing and assisting the Skills Development Committee (For companies with more than 50 staff)
- Advise on the implementation of the Workplace Skills Plan and
Pivotal plan, and allocate correct resources / providers where KVRTraining is not relevant
- Application submission for Discretionary Grants / other grants available
- Drafting of the Annual Training Report against the approved
Workplace Skills Plan and Submission hereof to the relevant Seta
- Advising on quality assurance requirements as set out by the relevant Seta
- Serving as a contact person between the employer and tge relevant Seta
- Providing telephonic and Face-to-face contact with the clients
- Initiating and guiding the training committee
- Sourcing applicable accredited training providers in terms of the budget, strategic skills profile and schedule, should KVR Training be unsuitable for the required training
