Looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Administrator who lives in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town
**Requirements**:
Matric Certificate
2 years Helpdesk Administrator Experience
Experience with Auto Task and MS Office
Experience with Office Automation / Printers, Laptops, Desktops, etc.
Own reliable transport
**Duties**:
- Call logging process on Auto Task
- Distribute tickets to engineers and technicians.
- Assist with fieldwork as requested by engineers.
- Maintains log of all worked preformed and processed
- Manage client retainer and tickets
- Validations of engineer travel claims
- Prepare quotes for technical
- Keep record of project hours
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R8,500.00 - R10,500.00 per month
