**Responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase products to maintain adequate inventory levels while maximizing cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, ensuring that inventory aligns with demand.
- Analyze sales data and forecasts to make informed purchasing decisions and optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, product specifications, and best practices in purchasing and inventory management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Buyer or Purchasing Agent in the hardware or related industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hardware products, suppliers, and market dynamics preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is advantageous.
