**Responsibilities**:
**IT Training**
- Develop and maintain IT related training materials for all SAP modules in the ERP, HR and GRC systems
- Schedule and facilitate training for new and existing employees based on the workflow system and/or GRC Access Request workflows
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders and end-users to understand functional deficits in SAP competence and develop content to reduce the deficits
- Maintaining a repository of end user training materials available to users in the designated system
- Perform user assessments and initiate development programs to improve user competence
- Ensure that all training is recorded by means of training registers, SAP HR Training and Event Module and the Ardagh Learning Management System for formal and informal training
- Preparation of a monthly training report for HR related reporting
**SAP End-user support**
- Provide first-line end-user support on the SAP ERP, HR and GRC systems to understand the nature of the issue experienced by the user
- Assist user to resolve the issue with remote desktop support
- Reassign calls to second line support if the user issue requires technical or more advanced support
- Identify potential user competence deficits through the support requests and address those gaps by adding content to the training materials
- Monitor open calls on the ticketing system and liaising with management and external service providers for long outstanding calls and resolution thereof
- Monthly reporting on end-user support
**SAP Tester**
- Conducting and recording user acceptance testing in the respective Quality Assurance systems for new or changed functionality, and/or business processes
- Liaising with Business Analysts on the test requirements and desired outcome for new or changed functionality
- Storing the test results in the designated test content repository for future reference
- Liaising with business stakeholders to expedite testing requirements where the SAP Tester/Trainer requires external testing and verification of new or changed functionality
- Facilitate group testing sessions or workshops for project related testing requirements
**Qualifications**:
- Matric
- Certificate in Information Systems or studying towards a tertiary qualification in Information systems.
**Salary**: R850,000.00 - R950,000.00 per year
