**Social Media & Content Marketing Manager (Part-Time)**

**Location**:Cape Town
**Hours**:2-3 days per week

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies that align with our business objectives and boost our brand awareness, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**: Craft and implement social media and content strategies to support business goals and enhance brand visibility.
- **Content Creation & Management**: Generate, edit, and share daily content that engages audiences, including texts, photos, videos, and articles.
- **Engagement Analysis**: Analyze engagement data, report on KPIs weekly, and identify trends to optimize community interaction.
- **Community Interaction**: Engage with our audience through timely responses to queries and proactive communication.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay abreast of the latest in social media, design tools, and tech trends.
- **SEO Integration**: Use strategic keyword optimization to enhance content visibility and searchability.
- **Performance Reporting**: Deliver regular reports on social media metrics, offering insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting and leading successful social media campaigns.
- Proficiency across social media platforms, with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting tools
- Competence in design tools (Canva, InDesign, Photoshop) and copywriting for various content types.
- Basic Knowledge of SEO principles
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple accounts with attention to detail and creative problem-solving.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach, with excellent time management and research skills.
- Fast and Reliable Internet Connection

**Salary**: R6000 - R10000 (Depending on hours worked)
