We are recruiting for an experienced Operator

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience within a furniture manufacturing or joinery environment
- Must have proven experience in operating a bandsaw, panel saw, ripsaw, cutter, moulder and hand router
- Ability to work from technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Team-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES**
- Operate a variety of woodworking machines
- Set up machines according to job specifications and material requirements
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure consistent output and quality
- Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues where required
- Read and interpret technical drawings
- Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards
