ORT SA is excited to announce that we are hiring for the position of **Junior Business Coach**. If you're passionate about supporting small businesses, have strong communication skills, and enjoy facilitating impactful coaching and mentoring programs, we would love to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coaching Support and Facilitation**:

- Plan and coordinate networking events and business bootcamps.
- Assist in the planning and execution of coaching sessions.
- Prepare coaching materials and facilitate discussions during sessions.
- Document key points from coaching sessions and help clients set actionable goals.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Collect and verify client documents, ensuring completeness and authenticity.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and compliance status.
- Assist in preparing compliance reports.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Schedule meetings, workshops, and appointments.
- Accurately maintain records of client interactions, progress, and compliance status.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and manage client files.
- **Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct research on industry trends and government regulations.
- Analyze client data to uncover potential improvement areas.
- Contribute to the development of business tools and resources.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-4 years relevant experience as a business advisor or coach across various business types
- Proficiency in using CRMs
- Experience in report writing
- Familiarity with designing productivity tools, scorecards, and learning materials
- Highly organized with ability to handle pressure
- Highly developed people skills and a strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel nationally.
