**Audio-Visual Wizard - **_**This is a remote position**_**.**

Tearsheet is seeking an Audio-Visual Wizard to support our editorial and studio teams. Tearsheet writers and reporters create audio content every week that you’ll edit into finished podcasts and videos that are distributed throughout Tearsheet’s media channels.

Reporting to our Creative Director and working with members of our studio team, you’ll receive raw audio and video clips that you’ll spin into professionally-produced podcasts, videos, and marketing materials such as GIFs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Being an A/V creative force in Tearsheet to support our studio’s A/V content
- Editing raw audio/video clips into professionally-produced podcasts and videos
- Turning briefs and raw assets into professional animations/videos, including: intro/outros, music/sfx, reformatting, enhancements, transition animations, logo animations and other creative elements as needed

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 3+ years of professional experience in editing video and audio
- Deep understanding of audio fundamentals
- Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite, with expertise in Premiere Pro, Audition and After Effects (or similar creative softwares)
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with fast turn-around times
- Excellent video and audio editing skills proven with a strong portfolio
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with fast turn-around times
- Creative, self-driven and intuitive
- Strong work ethic, efficiency, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work with diverse international, multicultural and multi-disciplinary teams
- Equipment: computer with fast processing speeds, dedicated graphics card, professional software and excellent internet connectivity (high upload speeds are essential)

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month
