**Responsibilities**:
Ensure projects run smoothly by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and handling administrative tasks. Support other administrators and technical teams, track progress, and maintain project documentation. Manage project costing and coordinate resources. In office and behind-the-scenes organizer who keep projects on track and within scope.

**Skills**:
Knowledge of project handling

Ensure that projects are well organised & completed in time

Able to handle a very busy environment

Attention to detail

Good planning skills, time management & customer service

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Excellent telephone manner

Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans

Excellent communication/interpersonal skills

**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning and Organization

Communication and Coordination

Administrative Support

Monitoring and Reporting

Contacting customers daily as per calling schedule

Book, manage and clear jobs on CRM

Receive calls and orders from customers or internal staff

Liaison with internal sales representative

Liaise with admin staff

Check stock availability and advise customers or internal staff

Record orders on sales documents

Ensure that report procedure is actioned daily

**Personal requirements**:
Matric

Customer service experience is an advantage

Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)

Pay: R12 000,00 - R16 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
