**Duties and responsibilities**
- **Sales**_
- Contribute towards and drive sales strategy to increase revenue and profit
- Schedule meetings with potential clients and advise them of the best training solution that fit their requirements and concerns
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance on the best training solutions for their growing needs
- Negotiate contracts and packages within the Company’s parameters for Gross Profit (GP)
- Build business by identifying and marketing the Company's portfolio
- Meet and exceed targets in line with the business units’ strategy and budget
- **People Management**_
- Lead culture in line with the organisation’s EVP
- Continuously develop own BBBEE, product, industry and Company knowledge and share with the team
- Work with cross functional teams including finance, marketing and operations
- Customers
- Ensure customer retention by servicing and visiting existing clients with the aim to extend and explore potential new business
- Cultivate and maintain relationships among business partners, clients and consultants
- **Marketing**_
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling,
- Networking and the Company’s marketing strategy:

- Relationship marketing
- Experiential marketing
- Commercial marketing

**Inherent Requirement**
- Matric as well as relevant Tertiary qualification
- 5 years’ experience in a similar industry
- Previous sales experience within the Training and Development would be advantageous
- Prior attendance of formal sales training courses
- Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (intermediate level)
