**Your Role**:
As a Property Practitioner, you’ll take full ownership of the **letting and sales process** from start to finish, including:
**Prospecting & Canvassing** - Finding new rental and sale listings.
**Marketing Properties** - Listing and promoting properties online and on social media.
**Client Engagement** - Qualifying buyers and tenants, handling negotiations, and securing deals.
**Documentation & Contracts** - Ensuring smooth transactions from mandate to registration.
**Property Inspections & Valuations** - Assessing market trends and property conditions.
**Relationship Building** - Maintaining strong connections with clients beyond the sale.

**What We’re Looking For**:
✔**Driven & Ambitious** - Self-starters who love a challenge.
✔**Exceptional Communication** - Negotiation and people skills are key.
✔**Sales Experience** - **2+ years in sales** (property sales experience is a bonus).
✔**Professionalism** - A polished, client-focused approach.
✔**Reliable Transport & Laptop** - A car and valid driver’s license are **non-negotiable**.
✔**NQF-4 (Fidelity Fund Certificate)** - Required to operate as a Property Practitioner.

**Commission Structure**:
**Intern Agents**:50% (Agent) / 50% (Company)**
**Full-Status Agents**:60% (Agent) / 40% (Company)**

**Remember**: This is a **commission-only** role - meaning **no limits on what you can earn** If you’re willing to put in the work, the rewards are waiting for you.

**Ability to commute/relocate**: Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to **Benoni** before starting work.
