**HR Administrator**
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment**
- Assist the HR Manager with the overall recruitment process
- Scheduling and arranging interviews and practical assessments
- Preparing & loading advertisements
- Coordination of boardrooms and meeting facilities
- Execute and action tasks and activities as required.
**Health & Safety**
- Assist and coordinate with the company appointed 16.2 with Health & Safety administration
- Form part of the Health and Safety committee
- Keeping of minutes and notes during meetings
- Follow-ups and reminders on actions forthcoming from action lists, minutes, and meeting notes
- Quarterly office risk assessments
- Keep the Health & Safety file updated and ready for inspection at any given time.
- Employee Engagement & Development
- Assist with and coordinate company related engagement initiatives such as socials, fun days and the yearend function.
- Take initiative in arranging employee engagement activities.
- Assist the HR Manager with skills development initiatives
- Assist in booking courses and coordinating training
**General & Ad hoc**
- Administration, filing, and record keeping associated to certain parts of the HR Manager’s functions.
- Relevant research with regards to employee initiatives, benefits, and industry trends.
- Follow-ups, reminders and confirming appointments related to the HR Department.
- Manage & order employee clothing when needed.
- Assist the HR Manager with annual statutory submissions
- Assist the HR Manager with Management Committee meeting preparation
- Assist with reception duties when needed.
- Assist the HR Manager in the upkeep of Company policies.
- Assist the HR Manager in keeping the Department SOP up to date
- Prepare, organise and distribute company notices and communication
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Effective communication and time management
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive problem solver.
- Microsoft office proficiency
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential and secret information.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
**Qualifications**:
- South African Citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related (essential)
- Excellent knowledge and working experience on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent knowledge and working experience on Windows Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Internet.
- MerSeta experience will be advantageous
This role is permanently in Potchefstroom.
