The purpose of the role is to provide support and oversee growth related key projects for Kaelo Group, offering administrative support, consulting, assistance, stakeholder communication, monitoring and evaluation. To support the Chief Strategy Officer in ensuring effective coordination, administration and project management of strategic business growth interventions and initiatives.
**KEY OUTCOMES**
- Ensure all administration relating to key growth initiatives is completed effectively as directed by the Chief Strategy Officer.
- Support key strategic new business stakeholder relationships for the business.
- Build and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key stakeholders from Kaelo, intermediaries and the client, at different levels of seniority and from various functional areas.
- Support Sales and New Business team by providing consulting services that deliver data and information relevant to their requirements to support strategic sales initiatives effectively.
- Formulate and communicate recommendations for client presentations. Work closely with business development and New Business teams to gather requirements and translate them into the client implementation plans.
- Strategise, plan and manage key stakeholder engagement events and marketing initiatives, supported by Chief Strategy Officer assistant for implementation.
- Ensure information is provided correctly to stakeholders by maintaining knowledge sharing with team.
- Support client engagement to drive the sales effort, whilst learning the deep technical health expertise and business background to highlight and position opportunities for Kaelo.
- Secure alignment of objectives, resolution of obstacles and problems and collaboration on strategic and operational decisions.
- Alongside the Chief Strategy Officer and the Kaelo New Business team, understand and support positioning of the capabilities and constraints of the solutions, based on developing an intimate knowledge of what the product, systems solution and business processes required.
- Support the Chief Strategy Officer in identifying key internal & external stakeholders to engage to ensure alignment on delivery roadmap.
- Manage and track Projects within the Strategy and Brand team.
- Proactively identify risks and problems and develop and recommend solutions to mitigate these risks. Track and measure engagement and product progress.
- Developing and maintain an integrated tracking roadmap and timeline.
- Support on-boarding process for acquiring new strategic growth clients.
- Synthesize and clearly communicate: Clearly understand strategic project priorities and value levers. Gather and analyse information.

Strong business acumen, ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast moving and often shifting work environment.
