Maintenance Administrator

An established, dynamic and well-developed HVAC company based in Brackenfell, has an opportunity available for an experienced individual that specializes in Technical Office Administration. Great opportunity to join this fast-paced team with your excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans and add value to the smooth running of all of their office requirements. They are looking for a technical strong Maintenance Administrator with a minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience to come in and hit the ground running.
A typical day would involve:
Provide administrative support to the maintenance department
Assist repair and servicing managers with scheduling and coordination
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Organise and pri oritise tasks to ensure efficient workflow
Use MS Office and Pastel for administrative tasks
Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately and on time
Accurate typing, editing and formatting of admin documentation
Provide secretarial and administrative support
Management and screening of incoming and outgoing calls
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Basic Pastel function for invoicing purposes
Filing /Archiving / Data Capturing
New client take-in procedures
Assisting with SLA’s
Preparation of quotes and assisting thereof
Adhoc tasks given by management
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, supervisors and the public
**Education**:
Matric
Secretarial / Office Admin Certificate (4 - 5 years working experience)
Highly Computer Literate (MS Office) & Pastel
Bookkeeping / Accounts background will be adv.
Must have experience from the air-conditioning industry and will be assisting in the maintenance department
Proficient in MS Office and Pastel
Must have own vehicle and drivers’ license

Fully bilingual -English and Afrikaans with good communication and interpersonal skills (public relations)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
