**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Account Balancing and Reconciliation**: Ensure corporate accounts are balanced and reconciled accurately, maintaining financial integrity.
- **Invoice Processing**: Manage and process invoices for the sales team to facilitate timely payments and maintain cash flow.
- **Order Packing**: Efficiently pack orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- **Operational Oversight**: Oversee daily processes and support business functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is current and easily accessible for stakeholders.
- **Office Management**: Oversee day-to-day office operations, including supply management, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
