**Minimum Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent.
- Permanent Blasting Certificate / Rock Break certificate (DMRE / MQA).
- Shift Supervisor Certificate.
- Bachelor Degree of Technology in mining advantageous.
- Valid Driver’s License.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 7 years’ experience MHSA legal appointment as a Shift Boss / Supervisor, or similar role, in an Underground Mine.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 5G enabled mining operations.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- English: Fully Proficient.
- Mandarin: Fully Proficient (preferred).
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of mining standards, materials and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership skills e.g. decision-making, motivation and goal setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Able to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively.
- In-depth industry knowledge.
- Understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
- Knowledge of mining construction advantageous.
- Knowledge in 5G mining.
