- To actively own and participate in the overall evolution of the Technology or Domain asset while influencing and maintaining the health of the asset. Play a leadership role on the associated COE’s**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate solutions and ideas to stakeholders through meetings; presentations and generating reports
- Contribute to a culture conducive to the achievement of transformation goals by participating in Nedbank
- Culture building initiatives.
- Identify business problems by analysing data and reports from various sources.
- Ensure that financial business analysis is conducted in line with the set standards.
- Enhance processes; policies and procedures by researching; reviewing current documentsand submitting recommendations.
- Ensure value is maintained by identifying opportunities and potential risk and addressing them.
- Make quality and timeous decisions.
- Deliver best practice services, meet and exceed client expectations in support of streengthened business IT collaboration.
- Support improved delivery capabilities.
- Ensure intergrity in actions through building trust and respect.
- Ensure communication and building relationship networks upwards, downwards, sideways and outways.
- Contribute in creating a low cost IT operating platform.
- Contribute in improving time to market.
- Ensure improved delivery capabilities and capacity.

**Essential Qualifications - NQF Level**
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees

**Preferred Qualification**
- Degree or Diploma in IT
- Preferred Certifications- Certificate in relevant Technology or Domain

**Minimum Experience Level**
- Min 5 IT Experience with 3 years in relevant technology or domain
- Experience in financial industry
- Understanding of financial settlements
- Experience in Business Analysis
