Financial Advisors

**Introduction**

Our client is looking for qualified Financial Advisors around SA to join their team.

You can be based **anywhere** in SA and work remotely.

These roles are permanent.

**Salary**: R12 500 stipend for the first 2 months during which you will be trained.

The stipend can continue after month 2 but then commission earnings will be lower.

**Minimum Requirements**

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Must have at least 1 year experience as a Financial Advisor and have a DOFA date with the FSCA.
- RE5 certificate is highly advantageous
- Completed matric qualification is a must.

**Benefits of the role**
- Training allowance for the first 2 months. This can be negotiated for longer if need be and would also depend on the performance of the advisor and this would mean a lower commission split.
- They also offer a vesting bonus that can result in approx. 140% of commission - this is production based and is paid monthly.
- Interest free technology loan of R16K to purchase technological equipment to set up a home office.
- Full back office / admin / paraplanning support.
- Upfront bursaries for industry related studies.
- On-going training and mentorship and a career plan with the ultimate goal of owning their own franchise (should you want this)
