Background:
An Marketing Coordinator is a key player in the marketing team, specializing in the creation and execution of events that engage customers and prospects. This role involves meticulous planning, coordination with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to manage logistics to ensure events run smoothly and achieve their intended goals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote real estate projects.
- Develop and drive marketing event project plans from inception to completion.
- Promote marketing events via appropriate social media channels.
- Serve as a point of contact onsite for setup, troubleshooting and breakdown.
- Manage inventory of marketing material.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and market trends.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders to align resourcing and pricing.
- Create and maintain marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team

Skills and Requirements:

- Diploma in Marketing and Communication or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in coordination and marketing, preferably in property/ real estate
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Experience in customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of property/real estate industry and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel as needed for events

Remuneration:
Market related based on skills, experience and performance.
