We are seeking a passionate and qualified Lecturer in Chemical Engineering to join our esteemed institution. As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in delivering engaging lectures and providing academic support to students. This is a Fixed-Term Contract/Independent Contractor position with an on-campus work arrangement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (required) to lecture N4-N6 level courses
National Diploma in Chemical Engineering (required) to lecture N1-N3 level courses
Minimum of 1 year of teaching/lecturing experience
Previous experience delivering lectures both on-campus and online, preferably with hybrid (semi-remote/online) students

**Responsibilities**:
Deliver captivating lectures in Chemical Engineering for NATED Chemical Engineering courses

Perform administrative tasks associated with courses and attend departmental meetings as required
Develop and enhance academic content, conduct research, and create new topics and teaching materials, including online resources
Participate in examination certification and promotion processes for learners
Conduct face-to-face lectures and facilitate contact sessions with distance learners
Maintain accurate student records and proactively monitor academic progress
Assist with general academic administration tasks
Provide student support during contact sessions with distance learners

Development and effective delivery of academic content
Academic leadership and engagement in research activities
Monitoring student records and ensuring academic progress
General academic administration tasks
