Role Overview
- As an In-Store Sales Consultant for MAVALA Cosmetics, your role will be making recommendations to customers about Nail Treatments, Skincare Treatments, and beauty products. Your responsibilities are making sales and providing general customer service.

General Duties/Key Responsibilities
- Connect with customers in a sales environment to drive product sales.
- Demonstrating the MAVALA the product.
- Record Customers details.
- Record Sales and track targets.
- Report sales daily to sales manager before 6 pm.
- Ensure proper presentation of products on shelves and stand.
- Inform customers of prices and special offers.
- Follow-ups with any clients.
- Cross-sell beauty products when appropriate.

- Skincare knowledge
- Retail counter experience with proven track record
- Cross-selling

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Time-Oriented and Reliable
- Friendly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A Clear focus on customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric
- Must have reliable transport.
- Fluent in English (Afrikaans is advantageous)

**Experience**:

- Cosmetic: 3 years (required)
- Sales: 3 years (required)
- Beauty: 3 years (required)

We will require proof of sales history.
