**On-Site Plumbing Manager**:
An on-site plumbing manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of plumbing construction projects.

**Their responsibilities include**:

- Overseeing all aspects of multiple projects, from planning to completion.
- Ensuring compliance with job site safety standards and fostering a safe work environment.
- Ensuring high-quality execution of the projects.
- Ensuring projects are completed on time.
- Ensuring projects are completed within budget.
- Maintaining communication with the field workforce and customers.
- Preparing and maintaining project documentation such as QC sign-off sheets, snag lists, VO and SI cost allocations.
- Preparing cost estimates.
- Coordinating the procurement of construction supplies and equipment.
- Resolving customer concerns and complaints.

You need skills in general business mathematics, basic algebra and geometry, and plumbing proficiency. You will need strong leadership skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to multi-task. The ability to work with all different types of personalities is imperative.

**Applicant must have**:
Valid driver's license.

Live in the northern suburbs or cape winelands area.

Clear criminal record.

Sober habits.

Min 5 Years Experience in a managerial position.

Be prepared to work the odd weekend.

A stickler for neatness and quality.

Read, understand, and interpret building drawings and BOQs

Fluent in English and Afrikaans

Good knowledge of SANS regulations.

Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience.

Pay: R15 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month

Expected Start Date: 2025/01/13
