**Position: Commission-Based Recruiter**
- **Location: Sandton, Johannesburg, Randburg, Morningside, Fourways, and surrounding areas.**_

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, recruit, and onboard exceptional insurance sales agents who align with our values and standards.
- Maintain a steady flow of at least 5 active recruitments per week to meet our growing needs.
- Efficiently manage administrative tasks such as handling banking deals, managing paperwork, and diligently following up on pending deals.
- Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless integration and success for newly recruited agents.

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, preferably within the insurance or sales sectors.
- Eagerness to thrive within a commission-based compensation structure.
- Proven ability to attract and retain top talent, showcasing a track record of success.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by results.
- Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Adaptability to embrace evolving priorities and changing requirements.
- Previous experience in sales is advantageous.

**Remuneration**:

- Earn R250 for each individual successfully recruited.
- Enjoy an additional 10% commission for every deal successfully banked by agents you've recruited.
