- Patch/Upgrade software and install new versions of MacOS to eliminate security problems and protect data.- Configure hardware devices and software to set up work stations for employees.-
- Provided Tier 1 IT support to non-technical internal users through desk side support services.- Monitored systems in operation and troubleshot errors.- Perform backups- Walk individuals through basic troubleshooting tasks.- Creating, Managing and Implementing SharePoint Online Directories- Running Office365 Admin Portal for all 3 companies- In charge of Procuring and deploying all IT Equipment (PCs, Switches, etc)- Creating and maintaining Asset register for all Devices-
