We have an exciting opportunity for a E- Commerce Administrator

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Day to day online operational tasks include assisting the team with completion of refunds/exchange for all online stores and documentation to be handed over for processing
- Daily sales reports
- Monthly reports
- Updating of bi-weekly pricing i.e price alignments, markdowns, promotions
- Assisting customer service team with order queries
- Maintaining stationary for online stores
- Data analysis i.e identifying best sellers, stock trends
- Assist the e-commerce team with ad-hoc tasks where/when required

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
- Web Design (Wordpress & Magento)
- HTML Page creation & CSS Styling
- Atleast 3+ years working experience in administrative role (e-commerce experience advantages)
- Intermediate to advanced excel skill
- Previous experience on data analytics software i.e QlikSense/QlikView
- Previous experience with payment gateway i.e PayGate, Peach Payments
- Analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office
- Highly competent
- Able to work under pressure
