**Key Job Responsibilities (but not limited to)**

1. Service walk-in clients.

2. Drafting quotes for clients upon requests

3. Achieve sales targets, submit reports.

4. Attend to customer queries regarding stock/deliveries.

5. Advise Customers on Products

6. Drafting and printing picking slips upon receipt for orders.

7. Ensure that all picking slips are returned and signed by the store before issuing a delivery note/invoice.

8. Ensure that any stock invoiced to customer is checked by checker/pickers/customer.

9. Check stock availability before issuing picking slips.

10. Maintain professional and respectful manner and demeanor when dealing with customers.

11. Always deliver excellent customer service internally/externally.

12. Responsible for always keeping the display area neat and tidy.

13. Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.

14. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.

15. Identify and resolve client concerns.

16. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.

17. Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.

18. Must have knowledge of work wear/Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE)

19. Must have good organizational skills and planning abilities.

20. Good customer services and selling skills.

**Requirements**:

- 3 years sales experience in Retail
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) knowledge beneficial
- Experience in retail processes and procedures
- Grade 12 / Matric Essential and Tertiary Qualification advantages
- Previous proven counter sales experience advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal & customer service skills, attentiveness, and diplomacy in dealing with customers.
- Must be sensitive to company and customer needs including their public image.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & under pressure as needed.
- Ability to function under pressure.
- Ability to handle complaints, unhappy customers, difficult customers.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, and high degree of accuracy.

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and Afrikaans (required)
