**_ Position Purpose:_**

Designing, developing and produce interactive digital learning content that caters for both classroom and virtual delivery

(blended learning) in support to Transnet’s Academy business operations and practices.
**_Position outputs:_**
- Performing in-depth research and gathering content to create interactive learning
- Create videos, audio, animation and virtual effects using design and authoring tools, animation software and recording

equipment to
- Transfer audio /video files to be edited and manipulated digitally
- Brainstorming with other multimedia designers and stakeholders on project requirements
- Developing interactive multimedia content such as videos, audio, animation and virtual effects.
- Creating artwork for digital image processing based on the requirements and scope of the projects
- Editing content based on the feedback of stakeholders
- Meeting regularly with stakeholders and clients on the project to report and share other critical milestones

**_ Qualifications & Experience:_**
- NQF level 6 Qualification in Graphic Design
- 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development environment
- A complete portfolio of multimedia design showcasing skills and expertise

OR
- NQF level 5 Qualification in in Graphic Design / NQF level 5 Diploma in ETD
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in ETD
- A complete portfolio of multimedia design showcasing skills and expertise
- Standard Job Requirements- Driver’s license code 08
- Travel as required by the business
