**Responsibilities**: - Prepare and Maintain Laboratory Ingredients and Equipment - Sample Raw Materials, packaging and finished goods - Analyse and Compute Data, interpret data for continuous improvement - Record Information, Knowledge and understanding of AIB standard and FSSC 22000 - Quality control and quality Assurance of high-risk production process, management of allergens, pathogen management and pest control. - GMP and support to production and support department, root cause analysis and corrective action. - Ability to work independently of shift and ensure product food safety is adhered to.
