An Agile Delivery Manager (ADM) is a Delivery lead or manager with Senior Scrum master functions, who focuses on making things happen, responsible for ensuring their teams have everything they need to succeed. - Ensure good stakeholder collaboration and communication
- Drive team delivery and flow of value through the Agile team
- Implement improvement cycles and activities
- Responsible for team delivery metrics
- Responsible for Risk management and Issue management for delivery commitment.
- Supports optimal prioritisation in alignment with capacity
- Raises constraints and create mitigation plan when necessary.
- Release management and governance which relates to the flow of value through the pipeline
- Manage technical debt - things shouldn’t sit in a waiting status
- Enabling and supporting continuous integration and continuous deployment Build a successful career with us
