**Your new role**:
As an Airside Experience Specialist you will be working safely and efficiently in line with established policies and SOPs. In this role, you will collaborate closely with colleagues, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crew to ensure service needs are met to the highest standard. Responsibilities include a wide range of ground handling services such as lavatory, ground power and potable water services, marshalling, towing, catering delivery, and luggage or cargo assistance. You will also operate ground service equipment including fuel trucks, tugs, stair trucks, and de-icing vehicles while maintaining safe, clean, and secure ramps at all times.

Alongside operational duties, you will meet and greet crews and passengers, offering concierge-style service, and providing safe, convenient transportation to terminals, hotels, and other nearby destinations. You will play an active role in preparing for arriving and departing aircraft, ensuring all safety concerns are addressed promptly, and assisting pilots with weather portals and other resources. This role requires a proactive approach, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to both safety and exceptional guest service, including accurate record-keeping and compliance with operational, safety, and security protocols.

**About you**:

- Computer literacy is essential
- Code 10 drivers license is essential
- Fuelling and Aviation experience preferred
- Clear Criminal record
- English and Afrikaans Spoken
- Valid and clean driving licence
- Knowledge of the General Aviation Sector preferred
- Ability to work accurately under pressure in an operational environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
