IT Internship

**Job Title: IT Internship - 24 Month Internship Only**
**Location: Helderkruin Roodepoort**

**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Newly IT Graduate to join our team as a
Junior IT Support Specialist. This position will provide first-line technical support to end-users, troubleshoot IT issues, and assist with the maintenance and administration of our IT systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist with the maintenance and administration of IT systems and networks
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Document and maintain accurate records of IT support activities
- Stay current on emerging technologies and best practices in IT support

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer service-oriented attitude
- Proactive and eager to learn new technologies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
