**Job Purpose**:
Bidvest International Logistics seeks to employ a Parts and Packaging Material Handler who will be responsible to ensure that all Repacking, Labelling, and Packing Operations within the facility take place according to the set-out SOP. will report all deviations to the Supervisor and ensure that parts are handed over to the Marshalling areas in line with the set KPI

**Qualifications & Experience**:
Grade 12
±1 year in Warehousing operations
Repacking of parts
Labeling of parts and cargo
Experience in Packing principles

**Key Responsibilities**:
Warehouse Acitivities:
Maintaining accurate Packing and Labelling in accordance with quality working and packing instruction.
Ensuring that all incoming stock is checked in accordance with the relevant document and in line with the SOP.
Ensure that part number and quantity on the client part label correspond with the part number and quantity on the coloured packing slip/bin.
Ensure that repacking and labelling is done in accordance with cilent's global approved packaging design specifications.
Ensure that parts unpacked are sorted in the demarcated area.
Ensuring part quality is maintained through packaging pprocess.
Ensure that no item/s is removed without the correct paperwork.
Pack bumpers at the production facility within the Manufacturing Plant
- Perform quantity check prior packing and labelling of all parts and cargo.
High-risk parts to be handed over to the relevant client's store within PDC Warehouse

Materials Handling Equipment:
Conduct pre-shift and closeout checks on equipment allocated to you.
Reporting of all deviations to your reporting structure.
Ensure equipment is always clean.
Safe use you of equipment as in line with manufacturer specifications.
No equipment to be used if unsafe.
Ensure that correct personal protective equipment is always used.

Reporting:
Report all damaged, overs, short supplied, as well as wrong supplied stock to Superiors.
Reporting on all equipment maintenance issues.
Immediately report all divisions and incidents to superiors.

Health and Safety and 5S:
Always abide by customer and company SHE standards as well as relevant QMS and company policies.
Adherence to and completing of any lawful & safe task given to you by your superiors.
Understand the 5S principals and adhere to 5S standards.
Daily Housekeeping.
