**Role and core responsibilities**:
The Project Manager is a versatile professional responsible for coordinating and executing projects within the retail logistics sector. This role requires a proactive individual with a solid foundation in project management, an understanding of logistics, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring project objectives are met efficiently.

**Requirements and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in project management are advantageous but not mandatory.
- 5+ years of experience in project management or logistics, preferably in the retail sector.
- Experience in managing projects or initiatives from inception to completion. Strong project management skills help in setting clear goals, organizing tasks, and driving results.
