**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**
- Strong background in mathematics and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3 5 years of experience in the field of Data Science

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**:

- Strong background in mathematics and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) charter
- **Languages** Python, Terraform
- **Scripting Languages** SQL
- **Machine Learning **Python, SKLearn, R, OpenAI
- **Cloud** AWS, EC2, S3, EMR, Azure
- **Operating System** Windows, Linux and Unix.
- **BI/DWH/ETL Tools** Qlik, AWS Quicksight
- **DBMS/RDBMS** Postgres, AWS RDS
- IDEs VSCode, Pycharm, Jupiter Notebooks, Microsoft Visual Studio
- **Version Control** SVN, GIT.
- **Tools** ATC Confluence, JIRA, Bitbucket, GitHub, GitHub CoPilot

**ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work interdependently as well as independently and submit deliverables on time and with excellent quality.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) with both technical and non-technical colleagues/users.
- Strong ability to understand and interpret business needs and requirements with an aptitude to move concepts through to proposal and successful implementation

- Flexibility to take up different tasks in the project.
- Ability and willingness to coach and give training to fellow colleagues and users when required.
- Willing and able to travel internationally.

**ROLE**:

- Develop data science solutions and integrate and scale these solutions into MLOps pipelines.
- Implements analytical algorithms for object detection, segmentation, classification, and recognition.
- Provide support on Low code, no code solutions for business teams.
- Evaluate LLM output and compare LLM configurations.
- Managing the expectations of business product owners, and ensuring that healthy synergy exists between the business and feature team.
- The planning of epics and sprints, and ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into technical tasks for a feature team to execute.
- Is responsible for discovering insights and identifying business opportunities using algorithmic, statistical, and mining techniques.
- Interprets the results of statistical and predictive experiments and regression analysis and integrates this into complex business processes.
- Analyses the data and build reports by using data visualization tools such as Qlik and AWS Quicksight.
