The world is a mess right now. So, we’re shaking it up even more - in a good way - and specifically in the financial fund management and admin service space. **Who we’re looking for**
- Develop and deliver of a wide range of marketing and cultural initiatives to support the Catalyst brand and achieve the firm’s overarching corporate objectives;
- Support the website; and lead our social media strategy, paid ads campaigns, and develop other digital properties with content, forms, A/B testing, and more to help build awareness, create demand, and directly contribute to our continued growth.

**What we need from you**

On the daily

**Conduct various aspects of the Associate Function including but not limited to**:

- Kick Catalyst’s digital marketing presence up to a new level;
- Bring innovative ideas to the table to increase awareness and demand for Catalyst’s services via digital channels;
- Be a part of a highly collaborative team focused on trying new things, looking closely at results and data and always learning;
- Draft engaging, content (Press releases, articles, posts, updates) for publication via Catalyst’s digital channels, and distribution to third party publishers;
- Assist with the development and delivery of Catalyst’s corporate culture initiatives;
- Own the planning and execution of social media programs to increase audience and engagement; utilize paid advertisements where appropriate;
- Plan, budget and implement digital advertising strategies to drive qualified leads and website traffic;
- Assist with the selection and implementation of a marketing automation solution;
- Conduct ongoing campaign performance;
- Track website analytics and report trends; regularly analyze site performance and update webpages to optimize traffic acquisition and conversion;
- Optimize webpage content, landing pages, forms, blogs, etc. for best SEO ranking;
- Make recommendations and coordinate the testing & optimization of keywords, ad copy and landing pages;
- Take the lead on a wide range of copywriting projects to support external and internal communications projects;
- Collaborate with the Director - Corporate Development & Strategy, the Associate - Digital Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver materials that are fit for purpose, in a timely manner;
- Utilize the marketing helpdesk and management system (Jira) to manage workload and provide updates back to stakeholders;
- Collaborate with the Director
- Corporate Development & Strategy, Manager - Graphic Design, Co-Managing Partner and external developers to design and launch the next iteration of the Catalyst and Clearwater websites;
- Be ready and willing to manage multiple projects, including ADHOC items, pivot as necessary, and work toward time-sensitive—and sometimes shifting deadlines;
- Assist with the planning, organization and delivery of corporate events and activations.
