**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field beneficial.
- 5-8 Years HR Experience
- Strong computer skills in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Administration Experience Preferred

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Strategic Partner: Collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives
- Ensure all employee information in the HR information system is accurate and up-to-date.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensuring that HR policies and practices are in line with employment laws and regulations, and company policies and procedures.
- Ensure that utmost confidentiality is maintained for all sensitive HR information.
- Support HR, Payroll, IT and Operations where necessary
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Assist with HR administration.
- Making sure that employees follow all policies and procedures.
- Familiar with all legislative laws, e.g. BCESA, LRA, EE, BBBEE etc.
- Adhoc support to, HR Executive and Distribution Centre Managers
- Recruitment and selection experience
- Onboarding & Induction
- Employee Engagement (Company Culture Custodian)
- Industrial Relations Experience (3 years)
- Travel 10 - 20% of the time regionally
