**Duties & Responsibilities**

Audit Coordination:

- Liaise with auditors and internal stakeholders to facilitate audit engagements and ensure smooth communication throughout the process
- Coordinate and schedule audit activities, including PBC preparation, reconciliations, fieldwork execution and reporting, in collaboration with the Audit Manager
- Perform testing of internal controls over financial reporting in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards

Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track the progress of audit projects and report on status to the Audit Manager.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and report on their effectiveness.
- Identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to audit activities.

Statutory:

- Preparation of statutory financial statements under IFRS
- Assist with preparation of provisional tax computations

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to auditing and compliance.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements within the organization

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Completed articles or has at least 1-3 years experience in an audit environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
