The main purpose of the job is to capture weekly payments and assist the foreign creditors administrator with invoice capturing.

**Education/Qualification**
- Matric
- Diploma/Degree

**Experience (experience required for the job)**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting /finance environment
- Advanced excel skills

**Primary Objectives**:

- Loading of weekly and monthly payments
- Capturing invoices related to foreign purchases
- Assistance of the completion of annual external audit
- Escalate problematic issues to the Finance Manager
- Assist with other job-related duties as and when required
- General update and maintenance of all admin and filing
