Our main product, being Arealytics PRO - A subscription-based platform, that provides analytical data to the largest Landlords, Agencies and Valuation firms in Australia.**

**Arealytics is about to begin its next growth phase. With Sydney and Melbourne now complete the goal is to create comprehensive platforms across the remaining major Australian cities - Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. Before moving to New Zealand, Singapore, Asia, Europe, UAE and Africa.**

**Position Summary**:
**Education/Qualifications**:
**- Knowledge in commercial or residential real estate is preferred but not required.**

**- Must be self-directed, with ability to plan daily, weekly tasks with mínimal supervision**

**- MS Excel or comparable spreadsheet skills required**

**- Ability to navigate the internet for research purposes**

**- Ability to read and follow a standard city/street map**

**- Critical thinking skills required to navigate multiple data sources**

**- Customer service and professional telephone skills required**

**Performance Duties**:
**- Collect For Sale and For Lease listing, tenant and transactional (Leased/Sold) information on all available properties in the local market**

**- Collect listing, tenant and transactional information through telephone inquiry, agent inventories, property brochures, city/council records, and other data sources**

**- Performs routine audits to validate commercial property information and ensure the highest level of data quality**

**- Works closely with the Field Research, Sale Comparable, and Tenant Departments to ensure the enhancement and accuracy of the market data set**

**- Mentor incoming Commercial Research Associates**

**- Build and maintains customer relationships through professional execution of research activity**

**- Work with customers to help them become more productive and successful in their core business activities**

**- Investigate and resolves customer concerns related to data**

Part-time hours: 50 per week
