**Qualifications**:

- LLB degree or equivalent qualification in law.
- Strong interest in employment law and workplace rights.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Commitment to ethical practices and professional development.
