Concentrix + Webhelp is in search for a Financial Business Partner to join our team in Cape Town where you’ll receive a competitive base salary and plenty of rewards and benefits.

Working closely with senior management and budget holders, you'll analyse financial reports, provide advice to keep within budget, identify cost saving opportunities and support achievement of financial targets in major change initiatives and other business projects supporting US accounts.

You should excel in balance sheet reconciliation and analysis. Your expertise in producing budgets, forecasting positions and supporting operational target setting will be invaluable. In addition, you should be adept at resolving financial escalations or disputes

**What you will do in this role**
As a Finance Business Partner on our team, you will be:

- Responsible for Sales Ledger and issuing client billing
- Controlling budget of direct costs with Operations & Payroll team
- Assisting Operations team in achieving margin targets through reporting
- Production and analysis of monthly reporting and production of annual budgets
- Highlighting and investigating cost savings and efficiencies
- Understanding various client contracts and billing methods
- Ensuring systems and cost centres are up to date and accurate
- Assisting and developing new finance & payroll systems/processes
- Developing new reports for non-financial stakeholders
- Supporting appropriate statutory audits
- Engaging with bid teams on gross margin related matters
- Leading the financial modelling activity for strategic business opportunities and initiatives
- Ensuring rigorous testing of assumptions and risks to aid high quality decision-making by the account leadership team and to send through to the finance for approval
- Conducting post-investment reviews of major business initiatives, projects and investments, including transformation and costs efficiency activities

**Your qualifications**
This Finance Business Partner role at Concentrix + Webhelp is a great match if you have:

- The ability to work shifts between 9am-6pm and 10pm
- 7pm based on US time zone
- Advanced Excel skills
- Sales ledger Experience
- Experience in production and analysis of financial budgets
- Financial experience in a BPO or contact centre environment
- Demonstrable experience of senior stakeholder management, ownership and delivery of budgets
- Ability to influence, motivate and challenge through clear and articulate communication
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle a varied workload

**It will be a plus if you have**:

- Experience with Workday financial system
