**Key Responsibilities**:

- Patrol assigned areas on foot to detect signs of intrusion or unsafe conditions.
- Monitor surveillance systems and access points to ensure security of premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activity.
- Provide visible deterrence to criminal activity by maintaining a professional presence.
- Enforce facility rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Write detailed incident and shift reports.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Perform access control and verify credentials of personnel and visitors.
- Ensure firearm is carried, maintained, and used in accordance with company policy and legal guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Valid armed security guard license and firearm permit (state-specific).
- Prior security experience preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
- Strong observational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for long periods.
- Must pass background check, drug screening, and firearms qualification.

**Working Conditions**:

- May be exposed to varying weather conditions.
- Shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Possibility of standing or walking for extended periods and performing physical interventions.
