Frail care facility in Kuilsrivier, Cape Town requires the expertise of a Nursing / Facility Manager. You will need to have strong administration skills, the ability to thrive in a wide diversity of people and backgrounds, possess strong leadership qualities, broad knowledge and empathy of medical conditions in older people, be fair and just and have broad knowledge of medical and labour legislations.

**Job Requirements**:
Registered with SANC

Nursing Degree / Diploma

Must have minimum of 4 (four) years managing experience in a long term frail care facility

Post basic diploma in Management / administration

Computer Literacy

**Required job Skills**:
Comprehensive people management skills

Initiative thinker and problem solver

The facility manager maintains and uphold the following areas
- Catering & Cleaning

Infection Control

Quality Improvement

Risk Management

All clinical nursing areas (Medications, wounds, medical reports, clinic SOP etc)

All relevant legislation and HR Processes

Property Management / Maintenance & Emergency preparedness

Financial Management

**Key KPI's**:
Measure financial performance

Understand your residents, their families and social backgrounds

Understand your employees, their social backgrounds and their performances

Measure your environmental and social sustainability performance

Feedback to members of board
