**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Prepare and distribute work detailed monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to Sales and Marketing Manager.
- Provide required information and documents to clients.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and implement value added services.
- Assist in Maintaining Sales and Marketing Management Documentation
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Liaise with key role players in business environment
- Set up and arrange meetings with potential clients
- Act as hostess when visitors visit site
- Internal and External communication
- Actively market the different courses over the phone.
**Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualification in Public Relations will be to your advantage.
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
**Work experience**
- 3 - 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified
**Personal abilities**
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Customer service attitude
