**Key Requirements**:

- **Relevant Qualification** in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or Draughting.
- **SACAP Registration** (Professional Draughtsperson, Technologist, or Architect - Active Status).
- **Proven Work Experience** in the industry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- **Software Proficiency** in Revit (essential), AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and other 3D rendering tools.
- **Experience across Stages 1-6** (Concept to Construction) as per SACAP guidelines.
- **Strong technical and design skills** with the ability to produce high-quality working drawings and documentation.
- **Client-Focused Approach** - Experience in client consultation and project coordination.
- **Knowledge of Building Regulations** and compliance with local authority requirements.
- **Ability to work independently** and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
