**About the Role**
You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages — from quality coffee and teas to blended and specialty drinks — ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages (coffee, tea, smoothies, alcoholic beverages etc.).
- Assist other staff in serving all customers.
- Greet and interact with customers in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across all work and seating areas.
- Ensure beverage stock and ingredients are available at all times and report shortages promptly.
- Follow company recipes and presentation standards for all drinks served.
- Promote a positive customer experience and act as an ambassador for the brand.
- Support the team with opening, closing, and daily operational duties.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in a hospitality or coffee-shop / restaurant environment.
- **Education**: Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) preferred but not essential.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to hygiene, presentation, and detail.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and of sober habits.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
