Redheads Engineering Solutions is assisting our client who are on the lookout for a highly skilled and accomplished Group Legal Advisor with a passion for the construction industry. As their Group Legal Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing, analysing, and administering contracts from pre-contract to final stages. Your expertise will ensure compliance with contractual terms, conditions, rights, and obligations while proactively managing potential risks. Collaborating with stakeholders, you will lead negotiations, draft agreements, and provide invaluable legal guidance. Legal Advice:

- Empower their business with your legal acumen, providing expert advice based on group legal policies and procedures.
- Take charge of negotiating commercial and legal agreements with potential clients and suppliers, aligning with our business requirements and guidelines.
- Skillfully draft, review, and negotiate potential agreements, safeguarding our interests.

Compliance:

- Be the driving force behind their adherence to internal and group legal and commercial procedures and policies, including meticulous documentation management.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of customer and supplier agreements, proactively identifying and minimizing associated risks, and skillfully negotiating final versions.
- Delight their clients by ensuring prompt turnaround times and the expedited delivery of exceptional legal services.
- Facilitate negotiations, meetings, and teleconferences between stakeholders during the critical negotiation phase of new agreements.
- Maintain meticulous records throughout the agreement process, from request to finalization and signing.

Qualifications:

- LLB Degree

Work Experience & Skills:

- Proven expertise in construction law, empowering you to navigate its intricacies seamlessly.
- Deep familiarity with renowned construction packages such as NEC, FIDIC, and JBCC.
