We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic General Manager at our new Ironman 4x4 Business Unit. The General Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing, and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Furthermore, the General Manager will be responsible for creating a customer-focused sales culture and promoting the Ironman 4x4 Brand.

**Salary structure**:

- Basic monthly salary

**Minimum Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience in a management role in the automotive industry, preferably in a fitment centre or dealership
- Minimum Grade 12 essential
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong sales and marketing skills (Persuasiveness, networking, sociability, achievement-driven)
- Strongly mechanically inclined
- Knowledge of automotive products and services, including 4x4 accessories
- Experience managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office and inventory management systems
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Passionate and exceptionally knowledgeable in vehicles. Should have a good sense of 4x4 lifestyle and outdoor trends.
- Customer-oriented mindset and committed to exceptional service

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**General management**
- Manage finances, administration, and reporting within the business structures
- Adhere to Dealer and Company Standards (ROLA values)

**Leading the sales team**
- Hiring, training, and managing the sales team
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
- Actively involved in the selling of products and accessories
- Providing coaching and feedback to the sales team
- Motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets

**Developing and implementing sales strategies**
- Analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Developing pricing strategies and promotions
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers

**Promoting the Ironman 4x4 Brand**
- Building and maintaining relationships with Ironman 4x4 and other suppliers
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the Ironman 4x4 Brand
- Attending trade shows and industry events
