**Key Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate the Sales Progression process on a daily basis.
- Go through database of leads and communicate once a month or every 6 weeks with warm leads.
- Manage hot leads generated from adverts.
- Book viewings on the CRM platform.
- Cross-reference sales on CRM platform.
- Update progression chains on the CRM platform.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Min 3 years’ experience in sales process experience.
- Experience with managing leads on a CRM platform.
- Experience in working with a Property Estate Agency and conveyancing.
- 1 year prospecting calls.
- Administration.
- Attention-to-detail.
- Organisation.
- Communication.
- Customer service.
**Hardware Requirements**:
- Own computer or laptop.
- ADSL/ FIBRE internet line with a minimum of 50 Mbps.
- Headphones for use with our VOIP phone system.
- Anti-virus installed.
- UPS/ Back-up battery for load shedding.
**WORKING HOURS: 10:00am - 13:00pm UK Time**
