**Key Performance Areas**:

- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and suppliers
- Management of the workshop inventory, parts/spares
- Order spares and components needed for reparations and maintenance
- Cost management
- Loss/waste control and housekeeping
- Management and coordination of technical site staff

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Relevant Technical knowledge and qualification
- Knowledge of repair and maintenance of agricultural equipment
- Thorough knowledge of mechanized agriculture and related products
- At least 4 years related experience
- Excellent Management and staff relations experience
- Familiar with optimisation of workshop efficiency
- Experience in managing a spares and workshop department
- MS office proficient

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hermanus, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Farm maintenance: 3 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Drivers and own transport (required)
